1 Bedroom Condo for Sale in Aquarous Jomtien Pattaya

Overview

Unit A1709 is a 1 Bedroom Deluxe on floor 17 of Building A at Aquarous Jomtien Pattaya, offering 49.4 m² with one-bedroom and one bathroom. The developer price is ฿9,590,000, around ฿194,130 per square metre, and the unit is handed over fully furnished. Aquarous is developed by Asset Wise Co., Ltd., with 606 units and completion scheduled for Q3 2027.

Location & Lifestyle

Aquarous sits in Jomtien, the long beachfront district south of Pratumnak Hill. Jomtien offers a calmer, more residential rhythm than central Pattaya: a wide beach road, cafés, restaurants and everyday shopping close by, and a year-round community of expats and long-stay residents. Central Pattaya, Terminal 21 and the main shopping malls are a short drive away, and U-Tapao airport is around 40 minutes by car.

Layout & Interior

The 1 Bedroom Deluxe layout uses its 49.4 m² for one-bedroom living with one bathroom and a combined living, dining and kitchen area that opens to the balcony. From floor 17, the unit enjoys an open outlook over the city and the hills inland. Because it is delivered fully furnished, the apartment is ready to live in or to rent out from the day of handover.

Amenities

Residents have access to the project's signature aqua park, swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, rooftop facilities, CCTV and 24-hour security. The resort-style facilities make Aquarous attractive both for owner-occupiers and for holiday and long-term tenants.

Ownership & Investment

This unit is offered on the foreign freehold quota, so a foreign buyer can register the title deed in their own name, within the building's 49% foreign-ownership limit. The purchase funds have to be transferred into Thailand from abroad in foreign currency, and the bank issues the Foreign Exchange Transaction (FET) form that the Land Office requires at transfer. Buying off-plan at today's developer price secures the unit ahead of completion in Q3 2027. Pearl Property can provide the full payment schedule, floor plan and reservation details on request.
