We are currently hiring for one role only: Property Consultant. Foreigners and Thai nationals are equally welcome to apply.
This is the only role we are hiring for at the moment, and it is open to foreigners and Thai nationals alike. As a Property Consultant you look after buyers and tenants from the first enquiry to handover: qualifying them, showing properties, negotiating and closing. We supply the leads, the listings and the back office — you bring the drive.
What you bring
- Foreign or Thai — both are equally welcome to apply
- Fluent English; Thai, German, Russian, French or Chinese is a strong plus
- Sales experience — real estate experience is welcome but not a requirement
- Good knowledge of Pattaya and Jomtien, or the drive to learn it fast
- Confident with a computer, smartphone and CRM
- Driving licence and your own vehicle
- Organised, reliable and genuinely service-minded
What you will do
- Respond to incoming enquiries and qualify buyers and tenants
- Inspect properties and keep your listings accurate and up to date
- Run viewings, follow up and negotiate through to a signed reservation
- Support your clients through the transfer at the land office
- Keep your pipeline clean and current in the CRM

Frequently asked questions
Do I need previous real estate experience?
No. Sales experience and the right attitude matter more. We train you on the Pattaya market, our listings and our process — several of our strongest agents started with no real estate background.
Do I need to speak Thai?
Not necessarily. Our clients are international and we sell in English, German, Russian, French and Chinese as well as Thai. Whatever language you sell in, matching enquiries are routed to you.
How is the commission structured?
Every agent gets a fixed monthly base salary plus an uncapped commission on each closed deal. Your commission share grows with your annual production along our Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond status path.
Do I have to find my own leads?
No. Our marketing generates the enquiries and the CRM distributes them automatically and fairly by language. Building your own referral network on top of that is very welcome — and rewarded.
Can I apply as a foreigner?
Yes. The Property Consultant role is open to foreigners and Thai nationals alike — we hire whoever fits best. We are a Thai-registered company and support suitable foreign candidates through the work permit and visa process.
