We were honored to attend Nestopa Property Pulse 2026, one of the most anticipated gatherings on Thailand's real estate calendar, held this year under the fitting theme "Where Thailand's Property Industry Connects." The event brought together developers, agencies, and platforms from across the country for a day of insight, networking, and — for us — a genuine highlight on the main stage.
Pearl Property was proud to be represented by our Sales Director, Rutchadawan "Pinky" Johannsen, who took the podium to present one of our flagship developments to a room full of investors, developers, and fellow agency leaders: Perla Villa, our boutique villa community at Mabprachan Lake.

Andrew Lewis of ESS Development also presented, introducing the group to his company's newest project on Mabprachan Lake: Zensiri Lakeside, a collection of 21 private pool villas just a short walk from the water, now under construction and already featured on our own site alongside Perla Villa.
Beyond the individual presentations, Pinky also joined a panel discussion on the outlook for Pattaya's property sector, hosted by Kevin Speakman of Nestopa. Sharing the stage with representatives from Lazudi and REAL Pattaya, the conversation ranged across where buyer demand is heading, what's changing in the off-plan segment, and how the city's agencies are adapting to a more discerning, better-informed international buyer.
