Location & Lifestyle

The Cloud is on Kasetsin Soi 2, on Pratumnak Hill, the quieter green headland between Pattaya and Jomtien. For a tenant who wants a calmer base, the address sits on the hill rather than in the busier districts on either side of it.

Cosy Beach is about a five-minute walk from the building. Bali Hai Pier is about 920 m away and Big Buddha Hill about 1.1 km. Walking Street is about 1.5 km from the building. These are the distances for the building itself, and they give a clear picture of how the surrounding area is laid out around the residence.

Layout & Interior

The unit is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom layout with 35 sqm of living area. It is on the 11th floor and comes fully furnished, so a tenant moving in is not required to source furniture separately.

With a single bedroom and a single bathroom, the plan suits one person or a couple who want a compact residence in a completed building. No further details of finishes or fittings are stated for this unit, so the description is limited to the layout and furnishing above.

Amenities

Residents of The Cloud have access to the following building facilities:

A fitness centre, sauna and steam room; a landscaped garden; and an underground car park. Security is provided around the clock, with 24-hour security, keycard access and CCTV.

Ownership & Investment

This unit is offered as a rental. The monthly rent is ฿16,000 THB, and the minimum lease term is 12 months. The unit is fully furnished, so the rent applies to a furnished one-bedroom condo of 35 sqm on the 11th floor of The Cloud on Pratumnak Hill.

Tenants considering a 12-month commitment can weigh these terms against the location, the building facilities and the layout described above.
