Soondri Wongamat is an ultra-luxury beachfront condo by Craftwork on Wong Amat Beach: a 53-storey residential tower with a rooftop sanctuary, beachfront villas and a lifestyle retail podium. Wong Amat is North Pattaya’s quieter beachfront, with direct sand access and views across the Gulf toward the Sanctuary of Truth and the city skyline. Residence mix

The masterplan stacks a residential tower (low, mid, high and top zones through floors 8–50, with penthouses on 49–50 and the Sky Social Club on 51–53), pool villas on floors 3–7, three beachfront villa structures, and a four-floor retail podium above basements. Highlights: only three beachfront villa structures on this stretch of Wong Amat, four penthouses in the whole development, and a high lift-to-unit ratio with private lift access on premier stacks. Pet-friendly zones cover the beachfront villas and floors 37–39 and 49–50.

Beach club, wellness and Sky Social Club

Ground and basement levels host the beach club lounge, gym, wellness lagoon, spa, immersive gym, kids’ club, private onsen, oxygen and sleep pods and treatment rooms. Floors 1–2 bring the grand and VIP lobbies, co-working, meeting rooms, entertainment hub, golf simulator, theatre and karaoke. Floors 51–53 form the Sky Social Club with panoramic sky pool, private gym and onsen, sky bar, co-kitchen and sky terrace. Sinking fund ฿700/m² one-time at transfer; common fee ฿90/m² per month for residences and villas (฿35/m² per month for retail), typically payable 24 months in advance.

The development is positioned as freehold. Foreign freehold condominium ownership is available under Thailand’s 49% foreign-quota rule, subject to funds being remitted from overseas in foreign currency.
