Grand Bay View — twin towers on Soi Buakhao and Third Road

Grand Bay View is a new condo project by Modern 15 in Central Pattaya, at the junction of Soi Buakhao and Third Road. Two towers of about 45 storeys each, 1,114 homes, completion planned for late 2030. Construction is expected to start around mid-2027.

Layouts run from studios to four-bedroom homes and duplex penthouses:

Payment plan

Typical booking is ฿200,000, then 30% on contract, 55% during construction and 15% on transfer. With handover in late 2030, most of the price is paid over the build.
