Payment Plan & Ownership
Foreign-quota buyers typically pay 30% on contract, 50% staged during construction and 20% on transfer; Thai-quota buyers pay 15% on contract, 25% during construction and 60% on transfer. With completion set for late 2028, off-plan buyers can spread the bulk of the price across the build period. Foreign freehold quota is available subject to the 49% limit.
