Aquarous Jomtien Pattaya is a landmark twin-tower condominium by AssetWise, one of Thailand's SET-listed developers, rising 44 and 47 storeys just a short walk — around 500 metres — from Jomtien Beach. Resort Facilities: Aqua Club & Cloud Club
The project is designed around water. The podium-level Aqua Club brings a water-park feel to everyday living with lagoon-style and family pools set in tropical landscaping, while the Cloud Club at the top of the towers offers a sky pool, fitness centre and lounge with panoramic views over the Gulf of Thailand. The towers are oriented so that the large majority of residences enjoy sea views.

Foreign freehold quota is available, subject to the building's 49% foreign-ownership limit. Running costs are transparent: the common-area fee is ฿67 per m² per month with a one-time sinking fund of ฿500 per m² at transfer.
