M Mountain Village is a collection of nine exclusive houses developed by M Mountain Co., Ltd. This residential enclave is situated in the Nong Prue area of Pattaya, offering private residences within a defined community. Ownership of properties within M Mountain Village is available under standard Thai legal frameworks. Foreign buyers typically acquire the house structure on a freehold basis, with the land held under a long-term leasehold agreement, usually for a period of 30 years with options for renewal. Alternatively, land ownership can be facilitated through a Thai company, allowing for freehold title.
