About Pinky
Pinky Rutchadawan is Sales Director at Pearl Property Pattaya. She works in Thai and English, and the combination matters on both sides of a deal: Thai owners and developers can discuss price, paperwork and timing in Thai, while an international buyer gets the same conversation in English rather than a summary of it. Her role covers the sales side of the agency: how enquiries are answered, which consultant is the right fit for a particular buyer, and how a property is priced and presented before it goes to market. She also stays close to the transactions, from an offer through the deposit and contract stage to the transfer at the land office, where paperwork and quota checks decide whether a unit can be bought in a foreign name or a Thai one. For sellers weighing what to ask for a condo, house or plot of land, or buyers who want an honest read on an area, Pinky is a good first call.
